How I work
-
The client contacts me via e-mail or telephone, they send me the texts that need to be translated or a request for an interpreting service.

-
I usually send a reply to the client within 24 hours.

-
I analyse the texts or the subject of the assignment and, based on the complexity of the text and its volume, I provide a quotation in compliance with the rates applied to the respective services and, in the case of a translation, I will provide a likely delivery date.

-
Payment terms, as well as other formal aspects (for example: confidentiality, working methods of the client, possible use of CAT tools or business software, etc.) are negotiated with the client before starting our collaboration.

-
Following the client’s written confirmation, I will proceed with the translation, or preparations for the interpreting service, using the material I was provided with.

-
During the course of the translation I will contact the client should I have any doubts, which I always try and solve before sending the final text. If I am not sure about something, I will ask for clarification before making a translation choice.

-
I always deliver the translation by the deadline.

-
I remain available for possible modifications or corrections or to clarify any doubts if necessary.

-
At the end of the month I issue an invoice including all the work completed during that month.
